After I subscribe when will I get access to my online subscription?

After placing your order on our website you will need to login with the Username and Password you chose while signing up. Your subscription should be active immediately.

If you called in to order, you will receive your user name and password while speaking with a customer service representative. Your account will be active immediately unless otherwise indicated by the customer service representative (ie. 5 or 15 minutes).

If you placed your order by fax or email, it will take 1 business days to process. If you placed your order by mail, once we receive your order, it will take 1 business days to process.

Do I have access to archived Newsletters, Updates, etc.?

Once you have logged in to the subscriber page you will see a display of your active subscriptions. We always post the three most recent issues for each monthly service and the two most recent weekly updates. Past issues beyond the last three issues are not archived on our web site. Individual issues of Harmonic Timing of Soybeans, Corn, and Stocks for the last twelve months are available for $3.00 each by calling our office at (949) 464-1051. These can be emailed to you immediately after your order is placed. Updates beyond the last two are not archived on our web site and are not available for order.

Archived issues beyond the last 3 issues for our other services are not available for order.

What do I do if I forget my User ID and password?

On most pages of Harmonic Timing you will see a “Subscriber Login” link at the top of the page. When you click on this link, you will be given a Login screen. Under “Lost password?” fill in your email address or username and click “Get Password.” Your password will be emailed to you.

How do I access my online services?

You will see a “Subscriber Login” link at the top of the page or a Subscriber Login in the right column. When you click on the link, you will be given a Login screen or you can fill your information on the right column. Enter your username/email address and password into the boxes and then click the “Login” button.

I am a subscriber but am not receiving my emails in a timely fashion.

While not common there are instances where Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) block or delay your receipt of our emails. This is one of those things we have no control over. The numerous security measures ISPs must implement means that sometimes the emails you want are the ones they block. If your ISP offers SPAM-blocker software as an option make sure to add our email addresses to your “accepted” list or your software’s address book to ensure the best delivery.

The attachment didn’t come through.

Many email providers put a limit on how much space they provide for stored emails. If you are close to this limit or have exceeded it, you may not receive an email or the attachment may not come through. You will need to clean out old, unwanted emails, or archive old mail. If you need help cleaning your mailbox, you should speak to your email provider.

If you missed any publications, you can access your subscription on our website with your user name and password.

How do I stop my e-mail program or spam filter from incorrectly interrupting Harmonic Timing e-mails?

Even the best email programs or spam filters can make mistakes and prevent you from receiving your requested Harmonic Timing emails. If your ISP offers SPAM-blocker software as an option make sure to add our email addresses to your “accepted” list or your software’s address book to ensure the best delivery.
